At Indian Tech Business Carnival (ITBC), we strive to deliver an exceptional experience through our events, exhibitions, summits, and masterclasses. All registrations and purchases made through our platform are considered final, and our policies are structured accordingly.
Please read the details of each product or event carefully before confirming your registration on or payment.
No Refund Policy:
- All registrations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
- This policy applies due to limited seating, advance planning, and expert speaker engagement.
- Please ensure you review the masterclass content and availability before completing your purchase.
Refund Policy (Applicable only in limited cases):
Refunds will only be processed if:
- An event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.
- A double payment was made in error, subject to proof.
- Any technical failure led to an incomplete or incorrect booking.
In such rare cases:
- The refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
- Processing charges or administrative fees may be deducted, where applicable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are only accepted for select event segments (excluding masterclasses), and must be made at least 48 hours before the event start date.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to our official support team along with proof of registration.
- Cancellations beyond the cut-off period will not be eligible for any refund.
